Successfully led the complete buildout of a 78,000 sq ft headquarters for TMS, transforming the space to support employee growth, training, and operational excellence.
Challenge:
TMS required a full-scale headquarters buildout across all floors to accommodate rapid company growth, provide modern training facilities, and enhance employee experience within a clear timeline and budget constraints.

As the project manager, I oversaw planning, vendor negotiations, phased construction schedules, and coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure each buildout phase aligned with operational needs while minimizing disruption to ongoing business functions.
