The Money Source Summer in the Park

Transformed unused office space into a vibrant, morale-boosting indoor park for 200 employees, supporting workplace wellness and culture initiatives.

Challenge:

TMS aimed to improve employee engagement and wellness by creatively repurposing unused office space while working within a limited budget funded through the Cigna Wellness Program.

Approach:

As project lead, I coordinated design, vendor orders, deliveries, and assembly while aligning the project with company wellness goals and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation.

Key Highlights:

✅ Coordinated orders, delivery, and assembly
✅ Installed 2 seesaws, 4 picnic tables, 3 bag toss games, 2 ping pong tables, turf, trees, and seating
✅ Funded the project with Cigna Wellness Program
✅ Created a positive and lasting impact on employee culture and wellness

Outcome:

The project delivered a welcoming space for relaxation, movement, and social interaction during the workday, significantly enhancing employee satisfaction, wellness, and company culture while demonstrating innovative use of corporate space.
